Guest Speaker: Rudy Ruettiger!
Rudy is a Notre Dame Fighting Irish football alumnus, who’s life story became the inspiration behind the major motion picture, “Rudy”, starring Sean Astin in the titular role. It was ranked the 54th-most inspiring film of all time in the American Film Institute’s “100 Years” series.
Rudy is a compassionate speaker who continues to encourage the public on over-coming obstacles, perservering through adversity, and making the most of every second of your life. The day of our Empower Gala, October 20th, was National Youth Confidence Day, and we are so grateful that Rudy was able to share his amazing message with us.
