Organization Mission:

Wellness House envisions a community where all people affected by cancer thrive.  Offered at no cost, and as a complement to medical treatment, our programs educate, support and empower participants in order to help them improve their physical and emotional well-being.

Description of Volunteer Opportunities:

One-time opportunities such as helping set up for large programs, prepping food for cooking classes, etc.

Fundraising event support such as volunteering for Walk for Wellness House

Join our Youth Council to be involved with involved with bringing the work and mission of Wellness House to their school communities, learning more about the impact of psychosocial care for those affected by cancer, and volunteering to support special Child and Family programs..

15

Skills or Experience Necessary:

We are always looking for individuals who are interested in providing exceptional customer service by being warm, welcoming, and relationship-focused to all of our participants, staff, and the Wellness House community.
