Travel Agent (Remote/Flex Schedule)

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality encouraged but not required
Strong knowledge of travel planning processes and popular destinations or willingness and/or capability to learn these skills
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Sales experience is a plus to effectively promote travel packages and services.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using booking software and online travel resources or willingness and capability to learn these skills
A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
A “Go-Getter” personality, displays empathy, and kindness
As a remote, flexible schedule role, has their own computer or laptop and access to the internet as well as highly independent and responsible work ethic
