Michelle Einfalt is the Vice President, Talent Acquisition for NorthShore Edward-Elmhurst Health.  In this role, she oversees recruitment and talent-sourcing strategies for the healthcare system, which is made up of 27,000 employees who work across nine hospitals, 300+ physician offices, and corporate departments.  

Prior to working for NorthShore-Edward-Elmhurst Health, Michelle’s experience included recruitment and human resource management positions at MVP Executive Search, The Tribune Company, Allstate Insurance Company and the Art Institute of Chicago.  She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

As a career recruiter, Michelle has always been interested in hearing people’s stories and helping them connect to meaningful, fulfilling careers.  She resides in Naperville with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
