Michael Bumpus has served on the KidsMatter board for over 10 years. He established the KidsMatter High School Advisory Board and has served in various roles for KidsMatter, including Vice President, and Fundraising Director. Michael is employed by Medtronic and focuses his practice on the treatment of cardiovascular disease. When not working or doing charitable work, he spends time with wife, Kate, and his four children, Grace, Ellie, Clare and Michael, all whom have been active in volunteering for KidsMatter.

Michael also serves on the board of directors for Naperville Rockets basketball and is an offensive line football coach for St Francis High School.
