Jacque is the Director of Community Relations at Naperville Community Unit School District 203, and leads strategic communication, partnership development, marketing, and outreach for one of the top-ranked school districts in Illinois. With a Master of Public Service degree and over six years in this role, her background spans nonprofit organizations and municipalities.

Jacque’s core competencies include building strong relationships with stakeholders—students, parents, staff, media, and community partners. She brings a strategic blend of Public Relations, Communications, and Marketing to her role building trust and shaping how the district is perceived, delivering clear and consistent messaging for all stakeholders, and driving engagement through storytelling that highlights what makes Naperville 203 exceptional. Jacque’s skills in coaching, public relations, marketing, and team building have helped increase district visibility, engagement, and support.

Beyond her professional role, Jacque proudly serves as President of The Rotary Club of Naperville (2024–25), sits on the Board of Trustees for KidsMatter, acts as District Liaison for the Naperville Education Foundation, serves as an Executive Committee Member on the Board of Directors for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and is a past SECA Commissioner for the City of Naperville.

Most importantly, she is a proud mother of four amazing children and has shared this joy with her husband throughout their 23 years or marriage. Jacque’s mission is to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and ethical excellence—both in her professional work and personal life.
