Dr. Phillip C. Williams is the Associate Vice President of Pharmacy Services for the South Region of NS-EEH. In this role, Phil oversees all pharmacy businesses, including acute care, psychiatric care, retail operations, infusion/oncology pharmacy operations, transitional care, and ambulatory/managed care pharmacy services. Additionally, Phil is responsible for pharmacy clinical programs, purchasing programs, legal, regulatory, compliance programs, contracting, personnel, and financial performance. Phil has been with EEH since 2005 in various pharmacy leadership positions.  He has 33 years of experience in hospital/ambulatory leadership. Phil graduated from Drake University in 1989 with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Sciences, the University of Florida in 1994 with a Doctorate degree in pharmacy, and in 2006 a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Phil is married and has 2 adult children.
