Organization Mission:

For more than 50 years, 360 Youth Services has been a trusted resource for young people and families in Naperville, Aurora and other communities within the surrounding western suburbs of DuPage and Kane County.

Our mission is to provide life-changing services to youth through substance use prevention education, counseling and housing.

Our vision is a community where all youth possess the necessary skills to successfully navigate life’s challenges. Every young person—regardless of ability, identity, or background—deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued. At 360 Youth Services, we provide inclusive, youth-centered programs that help young people find safety, strength, and belonging. Guided by our core values—Affirming, Authentic, Compassionate, Empowering, Inclusive, and Respectful—we ensure every youth experiences care that honors who they are. Together, we’re creating a community where diversity is celebrated and every voice matters.

Description of Volunteer Opportunities:

We have hands on opportunities to help with the Care Depot. Throughout the year, you can help us create care packages for the youth we serve that range from essential items, to holiday gifts, to apartment starter kits, to meal packs. You can also make a powerful impact by helping spread awareness and strengthen support for our youth through engaging online. You can like or follow 360 Youth Services on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. You could host with a heart by organizing a gathering or fundraiser to benefit the programs that empower youth in Housing, Counseling and Prevention. You can also inspire your company or workplace to partner and match employee contributions. You can also stay informed and learn about the issues impacting youth and share our resources to help others get connected to our services. You can also join our community board or attend a community service project event that happen 3 times per year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is empathetic to the needs of the youth in our community. Someone who is passionate about helping young people find safety, support and hope for their futures.
